Ortho-mind Review Ortho-mind, Ortho-mind Review, Ortho-mind Scam, Ortho-mind Supplement Facts, Ortho-mind Scam

Ortho-Mind is a supplement for brain health and cognitive function.

It can be used by working professionals, athletes, students, or even those experiencing cognitive decline.

Ortho-Mind is produced by AOR, which stands for Advanced Orthomolecular Research.

Orthomolecular refers to “the right amount of the right substances delivered to the right place in the body at the right time,” which is what Ortho-Mind aims to provide.

AOR is a Canadian supplement company which proclaims itself to be the ‘most advanced supplement formulator in the country and likely, the world’.

That remains to be seen, but we do know that they are committed to innovative research, scientific integrity and quality manufacturing.

Hence, leading us to believe that we can expect well-researched, effective products.

In an industry where pseudo science and scams are prevalent, this is what customers need.

Orth-Mind Ingredients

Ortho-Mind’s formula is made up of ingredients to reduce fatigue and improve cognitive function, as well as antioxidants.

  • Cognizin Citicoline 500mg
  • Alpha Lipoic Acid 100mg
  • Panax Ginseng Extract 100mg
  • Bacopa Monnieri 300mg
  • Acetyl L-Carnitine 1500mg
  • Arginine Pyroglutamate 1500mg
  • Pantothenic Acid 460mg

It’s suitable for vegetarians.

As you can see, the list of ingredients is rather short in comparison to some nootropic stacks.

The formula previously included Gingko Biloba, but this has since been replaced with Acetyl L- Carnitine (ALCAR).

ALCAR was selected for its benefits to mental energy, focus and memory.

It’s used in some of the best stacks on the market, so is definitely a good choice and a reliable, effective ingredient.

Arginine Pyroglutamate is not quite as prevalent in the nootropic world.

It’s a combination of amino acids said to provide enhanced memory and cognition.

Alpha Lipoic acid acts as an antioxidant, and works with Acetyl L-Carnitine work together to support energy production in the brain.

Ortho-Mind uses a branded form of Citicoline called Cognizin.

A choline source is essential to a good nootropic, so it’s good to see that Ortho-Mind has one.

It boosts cognitive function and mental energy by maintaining acetylcholine levels and aiding cell membrane synthesis as well as supporting mbood.

The Ayuervedic herb Bacopa Monnieri enhances cognitive performance, particularly in ageing people.

The second herbal extract in the formula, Ginseng, is used to improve concentration, memory, endurance and stress response.

It’s even been used in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, anxiety and depression.

As it’s dosage is relatively low in comparison to the other ingredients in the formula, we can’t be sure how potent or effective it is in this case.

All of the ingredients in Ortho-Mind have been clinically studied and shown positive results in patients who are healthy and who have cognitive impairments.

You can read more about that research on Ortho-Mind’s  webpage.

Ortho-Mind Side Effects

There are some side effects of Ortho-Mind.

These include headaches, gastrointestinal discomfort, insomnia, anxiety, dry mouth and fatigue.

In higher doses, it may also cause lethargy and brain fog.

So, if you take too much, Ortho-Mind could be counter-productive.

Ortho-Mind Reviews

There are only four reviews on Amazon, but three of those spoke very highly of Ortho-Mind.

A search for more reviews pulled up mostly nootropic review sites.

The most complimentary one was from Best Smart Pills, which gave it 83%.

It received 7.6/10 on Top 10 Brain Pills , 72% on Brain Enhancement Advisor, and 3.2/5 on Brain Reference gave it 3.2/5.

Hence, it’s certainly above average feedback all round.

Buy Ortho-Mind

Ortho-Mind can’t be bought directly from AOR.

They distribute it through hundreds of retailers throughout North America, but if you want to get it online, it’s on Amazon at $38.20 for 180 capsules.

Somehow, that price jumps to $65.99 at Best Buy, and even further to $85.49 from NutriChem.

If you can’t get to a store, we’d recommend purchasing through Amazon.

Ortho-Mind Summary

Ortho-Mind seems like a decent product from an honest manufacturer, and we have to give it credit for that.

It’s formula contains ingredients which are proven to be effective, and a lot of research has been put into it.

Our main gripe with this supplement is that it requires 6 capsules to be taken daily

This is undoubtedly an inconvenience.

So even though one bottle contains a whopping 180 capsules, it will still only last for 30 days.

Online feedback shows that it works well, which is promising (although effects will vary from person to person with any nootropic).

We’re happy to see none of the marketing hype that is so often overdone with other products out there, too.

Ortho-Mind may not be one of the best nootropics in the world, but it seems like a good choice for the price tag, as long as you buy it from Amazon!

Unfortunately, the product did not make our 2019’s Best Supplements list, however, it does show promise nonetheless.
